Built From My Own Reset

In 2014, I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor that permanently changed my hormone levels. I have been on testosterone replacement therapy for life since, and rebuilding my metabolic and hormonal health after that diagnosis took years of reading primary research and working through the same reference-range confusion this System is built to shortcut. The System is the structured version of the process I used.

Why Sequencing Matters As Much As the Information

A lab reference range is a population statistic, not a target built for your body. Some people sit inside the range and feel fine. Some people sit inside that same range and feel exhausted, foggy, or off in ways they cannot name. Reading your labs correctly is only the first piece.
