The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid digital product sold on Slim Studio comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you buy one of our paid guides, the Complete Bundle, or the Metabolic Reset System course and decide within 14 days of purchase that it is not for you, we will refund the full purchase price. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill out.
What This Covers
The guarantee applies to all one-time purchases of paid digital products on slimstudio.com. That includes every paid PDF guide, the Complete Bundle, and the Metabolic Reset System course. Free lead magnets are not purchases, so there is nothing to refund.
The Inner Circle membership is a recurring subscription rather than a one-time digital product, so it works differently: you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and billing stops at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling never requires a reason either.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@slimstudio.com from the email address you used at checkout, within 14 days of your purchase. Include the name of the product you bought. If you have your Stripe receipt or the receipt email handy, include it — it speeds things up, but we can also look up your purchase from your email address alone.
How and When You Get Your Money Back
All payments on Slim Studio are processed by Stripe, and refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method you used at checkout. We process refund requests within a few business days of receiving your email. Once the refund is issued, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account than the one you paid with.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a purchase is refunded, your access to that product ends. Download links and course access associated with the refunded purchase may be disabled, so please do not keep or share copies of refunded materials.
Questions
If anything about this policy is unclear, or you are outside the 14-day window and believe something went wrong with your purchase (a duplicate charge, a delivery failure, a billing error), email support@slimstudio.com and a real person will look at it. Billing mistakes on our side get fixed regardless of the 14-day window.
